Jan 17, 2016 · The teeth on the blades seem too just strip right off the blade after a couple dozen cuts.I thought right off the bat it was poor quality blades. I read the box and it said for under 1/8" steel I should be using 18-24 tooth blade. So I went to Fastnal and bought 18 tooth Lenox bimetal blades

The bandsaw is a Delta 14" metal-cutting saw, generally set at the second slowest speed. I'd appreciate some suggestions on blade type for various applications and ranges of hardness.-dave
